This one is based on SNK's METAL SLUG 3, my personal favorite of the series. The Metal Slug games offer a carnage-filled parody of platform shooting games like CONTRA, in that you are a Nordic warrior with weaponry way beyond that of your enemies, simple soldiers who, when you burst into their camp, are usually playing cards or cooking, maybe laughing with each other before you murder everyone. Earlier, when I blew up a plane, a love letter fell out of it as a collectible bonus. The entire game seems to be a critique against the stupidity of war, at the end of the game (and many of the games in the series) aliens attack the Earth and you and your enemy join forces to defeat them. 

This piece contains all five levels, all of the bosses, and most of the artillery (there's a lot of stuff in this game). In addition, the levels offered branching paths, so that you could replay the game multiple times to work out each way through the levels. I've tried to split the levels here as well, to offer more playability.
